An SRA steering group member has been liaising with United Utilities about a water leak on The Strand and has had this reply:
'Hello we've investigated the leak on The Strand and hope to carry out repairs as soon as possible. Sometimes we need to agree a date with the local authority before starting the work so repairs can take a little longer than you might expect. We'll keep you updated with our progress. Many thanks’
